Professor Milovanović is the head of the Neuro Card AI project, which involves the development of artificial intelligence software for diagnosing the autonomic nervous system within the SAIGE project of the World Bank and the Ministry of Science.

Professor Milovanović is one of 21 members of the European consortium within the HORIZON project, funded by the European Commission and the European Union, focused on the diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Professor Branislav Milovanović is a professor at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade and in Russia. He is a member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts in Salzburg (EASA), which includes 38 Nobel laureates, a member of the European ME Research Group (EMERG) for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and an invited lecturer on chronic Lyme disease (ILADS). He is also a board member of the International Society for Holter and Noninvasive Electrocardiology (ISHNE) and serves as the professional governor responsible for Serbia.
